By using Fatorli you agree to the following. It is written to be understood, not to hide anything.
The service
Fatorli is a free tool for creating invoices, receipts and quotes, running inside your browser.
Completely free: no subscription, no paid tier, no invoice limit, and no feature held back behind an upgrade. We do not plan a paid tier, and were that ever to change it would not apply retroactively to what you have already created.
What we are and are not
Fatorli is an independent private site. It is not a government service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to ZATCA in any way.
Names of authorities and systems appear on this site for identification and explanation only.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for your invoices complying with the rules that apply to you.
The tool validates format — that a VAT number has the required shape, that mandatory fields are not empty, that the arithmetic is consistent. It does not verify your data, nor your registration with any authority.
- Review every invoice before issuing it
- Keep your own electronic archive; we hold no copy
- Check any figure or deadline against its official source before relying on it
Archiving
Because everything stays on your device, keeping and backing up your invoices is yours alone. Clearing browser data clears what is stored there, and we cannot restore it.
Provided as is
The tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it is free of errors or continuously available.
We accept no liability for any loss, penalty or damage arising from using the tool or being unable to use it, including any incorrect or rejected invoice.
Acceptable use
Do not use the tool to create forged or misleading documents, to impersonate another business, or for any unlawful purpose.
Changes
These terms may change, and the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the tool after a change means you accept it.
